We use Paypal to process all online payments, which does not require an account to use. Paypal is simple to use and more secure than other online payment methods. There is no sales tax in the state of Oregon. Therefore, you are able to purchase goods from EcoVibe Apparel without a sales tax applied. This means you save around 8% - 12% just by shopping from EcoVibe online. ENJOY!

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and understand if you need to return/exchange the item. EcoVibe Apparel will exchange or refund unworn/unused regular priced merchandise (except jewelry or sale items) within 10 days of the shipping date only. Returned items must be received in original condition with all hangtags attached and packaging materials included no later that 14 days of the original ship date. All jewelry, sale merchandise and discounted items are considered final sale and are not returnable, no exceptions. When returning your items, please make sure to let us know if you would like a Refund, Exchange or a Gift Certificate for a future purchase. If you choose to exchange your item, EcoVibe Apparel offers FREE GROUND SHIPPING on the new item. You will receive an email notification with all the details of your exchange or return once it has been received, inspected and processed. For refunds, allow approximately 7 business days as your bank or credit card holder may take additional time to post a credit to your account. Should you place an international order and then refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to EcoVibe Apparel along with a 20% restocking fee.

*Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the sender. Please properly insure your package for the full cost of the merchandise because EcoVibe Apparel will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages (and their content) returned to us.

USPS is our preferred carrier because of their speedy service and Saturday deliveries. They also allow us to ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses. Orders received by 11am PST, Mon-Sat, will be shipped out that same day. Most Priority packages arrive within 2-3 business days of shipment. It is rare, but there are occasional delays. Please call or email for Express Delivery options.

Shipping costs for Priority Mail are a flat rate of $20 for shoes, $10 for all other items. Internet orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day.

USPS is our preferred method for international customers. The price is a flat rate of $35 per package for arrival in 7-15 business days. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes and customs charges incurred on the package(s). Please note that the time your package will take to clear customs can vary from time to time and country to country. All transactions will be in U.S. dollars.
